To ensure the best experience please book the service that matches closely with your hairs desired results. When selecting colour/ treatments you must ado either a cut or blowdry to finish.
A booking fee is taken to secure all appointments don’t worry this is taken off the final bill on the day of your appointment. In the event you need to reschedule please give 48hrs notice and your booking fee will be returned or moved to secure a new date. If there is less than 48hrs notice the booking fee may be kept to cover lost time.
Patch tests / consultations are required for all new colour clients. Without this your service may not be carried out on the day of your appointment.
returning clients must have a skin test if it has been longer than six months since the last colour service.
