Booking

• Use our online booking system to select your service.

• New clients booking colour services must have a consultation before their appointment to:

• Update your skin test

• Discuss your hair goals and expectations

• Plan your service for the best results

• All appointments must include a blow dry or cut to complete the service.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final bill.

Skin Test / Consultations

• All new clients must have a consultation and skin test before colour appointments.

• Returning clients must have a skin test if it has been longer than six months since their last colour with me.

• Skin tests are required for any colour service.

• Following the recommended aftercare instructions ensures the best results.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to ensure your service is completed to VSV standards.

• There is a 15-minute grace period.

• Arriving after 15 minutes may result in:

• Shortened service to fit your time slot

• Loss of deposit and need to reschedule

Cancellations & No Shows

• Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel.

• Failing to do so will result in loss of deposit or 50% of the service cost applied before future bookings.

• Three or more late/no-shows will result in booking privileges being revoked.

Payments & Pricing

• Payments accepted: cash or card (no Amex).

• Prices are non-negotiable.

• Appointment durations vary depending on the service you are having.

Gift Cards

• All gift cards have a 6-month validity from the date of issue.

Age Restrictions

• Clients under 16 are not eligible for hair colour services.

Health & Safety

• Please reschedule if you are unwell.

• Inform us of all allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

Products

• All products are non-refundable, especially if opened or used.

Appointments

• Appointments are 1-on-1. Please do not bring friends or children, except for a child receiving a cut, who may have one accompanying adult.

Photography & Social Media

• We may film or photograph your service for social media.

• You can opt out before your appointment begins.

Amendments / Complaints

• If your service does not match what was discussed and we agree a change is needed, amendments can be made within 7 days.

• After 7 days, adjustments will require payment.

Results & Liability

• Results may vary depending on:

• Hair type, texture, and previous chemical treatments

• Adherence to pre- and post-care instructions

• Individual reaction to products or colour

• While I aim for the best possible outcome, I am not liable for reactions, dissatisfaction, or results if care instructions are not followed.
